It was originally designed for Fire Fighters, but quickly adapted to Army field use. Condition: Un-restored but well preserved.

Original black & red paint is worn from use and age. It is a beautiful patina worthy of a Collector's featured display. There may have been a latch to hold the door closed but not sure.
