Original German World War II Army (Heer) General Officer visor cap wreath, hand-embroidered in gold bullion wire. This is the classic officer-grade cockade and wreath assembly used on high-rank Heer visors. Size: 2 3/16 inches wide by 1 5/8 inches tall. Construction: Silver and gold bullion wire embroidery on dark green wool. Design: Central cockade with red center, surrounded by an oval oak-leaf wreath.

Reverse: Ribbed black cotton backing. Condition: Excellent - clean bullion, tight stitching, and no noted damage.
