WWII German uniform tunic camo smock jacket combat Luftwaffe wehrmacht estate. Different from the standard issue smock in that it was never set up for use with shoulder straps. Does not have the steel hook and eye at the collar nor the under collar fastening tab. Lacks belt hook support holes and never had a national eagle installed.

The smock body made of cotton fabric overprinted in Sumpf pattern in contrasting olive and red brown colors. The rear panel is a heavier piece of cotton twill of slightly contrasting colors. Splinter camouflage material is used under the collar.

Lined at the vented armpits with ribbed blue grey cotton with pocket bags of ribbed tan cotton. Black size stampings including 102 chest plus RBNr.

With standard painted pebbled buttons at front closure and used for hip pockets. Small dished steel buttons are used at the internal pocket and cuffs. Appears to have been worn a bit, there are a few picks to the fabric and a small light stain to the left cuff. Overall a nice example for your collection!
