This is an hard to find DUI/Crest for the unit shown. It is in the condition shown. May have some wear from having existed over the last 50-70 years. If there is ink writing on the reverse, it comes off easily with a little alcohol. All clutchback DI's some with appropriate clutches. Unit=Army 1st Mechanized RECON Company (part of the 1st Division). Maker= No hallmark, likely Lauer--Painted with yellow and red (as opposed to variation of orange and red). Time Period= ww2 occupation manufactured. The US Postal Service has this crazy price, not me.
