German World War II Army HEER Military LAPPLAND Sleeve Shield. Measures 1 9/16 wide by. The front shows an outline of the of the region of Lappland with an eagle at the top.

Has three flat prongs on the reverse side. One piece die struck stamped brass construction. This was to have been worn on the upper left sleeve of the combat uniform.
