Here is a original WWII GERMAN ARMY NO DECAL M42 STEEL COMBAT HELMET W/COMPLETE LINER & CHINSTRAP. The exterior/interior paint is field gray, showing much honest wear with some minor rust & pitting on top, but no bad damage. The liner is stamped 56.

The leather is very worn with a rip in the rear. There are dark blood stains? The drawstring is still present. The chinstrap is broken on one end; broken end included. Overall, a great 100% original preMay 1945 combat helmet, showing honest field wear.
