This is German army WW2 east ushanka hat made with real rabbit fur. The item was faithfully reproduced here in the Czech Republic to look like the original. Quality material were chosen to be as close as they could be reasonably found to the originals were used in the construction.

The main body is of an older field grey cloth to make it look more authentic. As well the pattern was made according to a known original hat. The size is 59 that is about equal to a 7 3/8 US size. The fur is from regular domestic farm rabbits that were fully legally raised in the EU for meat. The fur is a leftover product from the farming of these regular farm rabbits.
