Offered is an WW2 DK 98 "Dress" KS98 pattern bayonet with scabbard & hand carved stag-horn grips by Alec Coppel of Solingen (ALCOSO). Bayonet features nickel guard and birds-head pommel with working release button, hand carved deer horn grips secured with steel pins. The blade is non sharpened with a fine finish to surface with only normal scabbard withdrawal marks.
Rolled steel scabbard is undented with majority of black dress paint to body. Completed with patent leather frog and excellent army frog hanger.Overall length: 37cm, in scabbard 40.5cm. A good used example of a WW2 German army dress bayonet, as used with the classic K98 service rifle for parade purposes or worn as part of your dress uniform when on leave.
