WW II German Army Air Force COPPEL S/173 K BAYONET MATCHING CODE NICE

  

It comes complete with the original scabbard and frog! Made of wood and steel, this early pre-war German K98 Bayonet is in EXCELLENT condition considering it's age. Made by Alexander Coppel (S/173), it has a "K" code indicating the manufacture date of 1934. Here are some slight marks due to the age, but otherwise is in EXCELLENT used condition!

The blade does show some marks, stains, and wear, but has never been sharpened. The knife features brown wood grips, and is marked. The scabbard is original to this knife, and is matching. Condition matches that of the knife, with some minor marks and scratches due to the age. There is a waffenampt on the finial, but it is too small for me to make out.

From is dated 1942, with a manufacture stamp (faded). Ould make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display! Most of my items are vintage, and as such are AS-IS, so you must therefore expect a degree of wear due to age and/or usage. Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft Fw190, Me262, etc. , as well as USAF and Japanese items.
