WW II German Army EM/NCO Pelzmützen WINTER WEATHER FUR CAP SUPERB

  
First issued in the fall, the Winter Fur Caps (Pelzmutzen) were a standard issue item, and were distributed to all EM/NCO's for the winter season. Although there was no official standard model of the fur cap, the most commonly encountered type followed the basic pattern of the Mountain and M43 caps with fold down back and side panels designed to protect the wearers ears and neck. Made of white rabbit fur and dark grey wool, this German Army Winter Fur Hat, is in AMAZING unused condition! Features back and side panels that secure around the wearer's neck and chin. This was so that the wearer was fully protected from the harsh air and wind.

Inside features a Rayon liner with the ORIGINAL RBn. Number stamp, and a size 56! A zinc adler is tied to the front. In NEAR PERFECT condition, it would make an EXCELLENT addition to any collection or display!

Most of my items are vintage, and as such are AS-IS, so you must therefore expect a degree of wear due to age and/or usage. Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft Fw190, Me262, etc. , as well as USAF and Japanese items.
