WW2 German Army Gebirgsjager Mountain Troops Thermos W Zuidman Owners Name Inscribed Kramer. Very nice German Army Coffee Tea Thermos. Made from Heavy Aluminum with a screw off lid.

Lid has rubber ring and cork inside and has a hole in the top for a lanyard loop. Total height is 11 3/4 inches high x 4 1/8 inches wide base. Height from base to top of lip is 10.5 inches high.

Heavy manufacture to kep heat in. Maker mark on bottom of base. Embossed Edelweiss logo in middle with maker name.

Maker name on one side of flower is, "W-Zuideman". The other side is slightly obscured. The owner has inscribed his name on the base and is marked as such. And the last letters are hard to read. One small metal ding on upper.

The screw cap loop hole has some wear from use. Some light soiling to metal and some very light surface scratches. Also has some very light verdigree on aluminum, cleanable. I have left it uncleaned as many collectors like it original. Very nice thermos not often seen.
