WWII German combat gas mask ^ can Heer Wehrmacht canister US Army Veteran estate. Here is your chance to own an original wall plaque celebrating Christmas 1940 which was cracked and damaged long ago. I believe I see signatures on the reverse and this may be from Knights Cross holders within the unit. JG 27 "Jagdgeschwader Afrika" was a top-tier fighting unit.

I wish I knew more of the back story on this piece but unfortunately I do not. This was a Vet bring back. This one obviously has a great story to tell and is hand carved and painted.

The plaque measures roughly 7-15/16" tall and around 6-15/16" wide. This would pair well with other original items or the period and would look great on display!
