For sale is a WW2 Period German Chaplains Religious Manual, Crucifix & Alter Set. These are all in mostly good condition. The German religious manual once translates states Daily handbook for good and bad days. Encouragement, prayers and songs for the healthy, the sad, the sick and the dying. Sayings, sighs and prayers to be said to the dying. As well as devotions for the holidays and on special occasions. The book is covered in black leather and a gilded spine and image of Jesus Christ on the front. Accompanying this is a pair of brass travel chaplains candle sticks and travel alter religious cross. This is also accompanied by a well worn catholic aluminium and wooden pectoral crucifix (please note that the cord/ string is damaged). The travelling candlesticks measure 3.8cm in diameter x 9.3cm in height.

The alter crucifix measures 5.8cm in diameter x 13.5cm height. The pectoral crucifix measures 11cm height x 5.2cm width. These are all original early 1940s pieces. That would look great in a collection or used in re-enactments.
