WW2 US Army Air Corps Officer Visor Cap Hat Saks New York NAMED German veteran
Here's a really nice example of a US Army Officer Visor. This example is in great condition overall, with minimal signs of age to the exterior wool. Complete with the eagle on the front. The right wing's reverse pin is not pushed in to the visor due to the shape change over time. Maker marked on the interior for the producer Saks on 5th Avenue in New York, which is still in business today as a luxury department store in Manhattan. The interior is also named to Walter Charles Maag, a Lieutenant in the Army Air Corps.
Complete with the cork cushion on the front visor brim. This is an extremely nice example ready for a display! Please message with any questions you might have.
