Wwii German Army Medical Officer Candidate Shoulder Boards Matched Pair

  
This is an extremely fine, matched pair of World War II German Medical Officer Candidate slip-on Shoulder Boards that are in excellent condition. Each board is constructed of the early dark green wool underlay and piped in dark blue for medical units. The boards are with full metallic silver thread NCO litzen around the edges. Affixed to each board is the metal regimental numeral designation'12' and a single pip denoting the rank of Feldwebel. Between the rank pip and the lower edge of the boards are two silver litzen bands indicating that the wearer to be an officer candidate. In the buttonholes are early, pebbled gray buttons for the 5th Company. This is a beautiful match pair of boards that are without any type of damage and remain in complete and excellent condition.
