Available for sale, is this incredibly rare, German-made M35 helmet, sent to Franco's army during the Spanish Civil War and before the start of WW2. A large portion of the exported M35's, including this one, were not stamped with factory markings, or batch numbers (it measures out to be a size 64 shell). The Spanish then soldered crest holders onto the helmets, like this one, for parade duty. This helmet is in great shape. There is the expected paint loss, but that's it.
Someone tried affixing water transfer embellishments onto the paint, which were removed. The split pins do not have matching paint to the helmet. The liner band looks to be original to the helmet as it does not move, and appears to have been there for a very long time. The link below is to an article about these helmets, and contains a lot of great information about their history.
